Join us for an evening with Indianapolis poet, author, and artist John Sherman as he discusses his newest poetry collection, Fussing A Bit: Poems of My Lives, at the Indianapolis Propylaeum. This event is free and open to the public.
Through conversation, selected readings, and audience Q&A, John will reflect on the experiences, places, and stories that have shaped his work. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet John and have books signed before and after the program.

About the Book
Fussing A Bit: Poems of My Lives is John Sherman’s fourth poetry collection, featuring award-winning and previously published poems alongside new work reflecting the people, places, and experiences that have shaped his life.
About the Author
John Sherman is an Indianapolis poet, author, photographer, and artist whose work spans poetry, history, photography, and the visual arts. More than 100 of his poems have appeared in literary journals and anthologies, and he has received numerous grants and fellowships from the Indiana Arts Commission and Arts Council of Indianapolis.
