Salon 2020 Reimagined
Since 2002, the Indianapolis Propylaeum’s Salon Society program has offered the community outstanding musical performances, silent auctions and dinners, as the single largest fundraiser for the organization each year. For this year’s Eighteenth Annual Salon Society there will be some changes, but the best parts of Salon are staying the same! See below for details.
We think May Wright Sewall would be proud of the Propylaeum’s progressive and civic-minded pivot to moving Salon Society to a virtual platform, allowing for a week-long opportunity to enjoy. The in-home experience will kick off on Saturday, November 7, when the silent auction opens virtually on ClickBid. Between November 12 and 14, a Propylaeum member will deliver Salon-in-a-Bag, designed to make your Salon experience the next best thing to being there. The virtual program, via Zoom, will begin on Saturday, November 17 at 7:00 p.m., with the silent auction closing at 10:00 p.m.

The virtual format allows the silent auction to be open to all – no ticket is required. Donations to Fund-A-Need, supporting the Propylaeum’s mission, may also be made through the auction website. Register at https://propylaeum.cbo.io and find a variety of items for your enjoyment!
