Bridal Suite Flooring and Bathroom repair

Water leaks and lengthy repairs are nothing new to those who own an historic property. Earlier this year a water leak in the second-floor bridal suite (what would have been the master bedroom of the home) caused damage to the ceiling in the entryway and southeast room. To repair the pipes, the floor of the bathroom and part of the floor of the bridal suite had to be removed. To repair the damage, the tile floor, hardwood floor, and plaster and decorative ceiling paint had to be restored.

Connor and Company finished repairs in early June and the results are stunning. The rooms are now ready for summer brides and overnight guests.
