About the Books

· Meridian Street -- Images of America from the popular series by Arcadia Publishing. Meridian Street is filled with photos of the homes and structures in the North Meridian Historic District as registered with the National Parks Service. A handy reference for a walking tour, this book offers a caption for each home and makes a nice “history in hand” overview of the street.

· Meridian Whispers -- Meridian Street Mansions of Indianapolis is the storybook companion to the photo-heavy Meridian Street. This book is an up-close look behind the ornate doors of the Meridian Street mansions. Written as a series of short stories, readers can easily flip to an address of interest, or read their way up the street. If you’ve always been curious about the houses and the people who’ve called them home, this is your new favorite Indianapolis book.
