Café at the Prop will be open for lunch on Monday, August 5, at 11 a.m. The café will resume normal business hours weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
After an extensive search and interview process, Chef Suzanne Catering was selected to run the Café at the Prop and serve as a second catering option for programs and events. Suzanne Rockwell, owner of Chef Suzanne Catering, is excited to open the Café, provide delicious menu options, and meet members and guests.
Throughout August, Suzanne will offer a “soft” menu as she evaluates the likes and dislikes of the Café clientele. The menu will change seasonally and will offer soups, salads and sandwiches with exquisite dessert options.
Chef Suzanne Catering is a ten-year-old, well-respected catering company that serves clients throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. Chef Suzanne is known for her made-from scratch menu items using fresh ingredients.
