Suffrage Centennial

The Indiana Women’s Suffrage Centennial will commemorate the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote in 2020. The effort is catalyzed by Indiana Humanities in partnership with the Indianapolis Propylaeum, Indiana Historical Society, and the Indiana Historical Bureau. The website has a calendar of suffrage events across the state as well as resources, talking points, and an essay overviewing the history of the suffrage movement in Indiana by Dr. Anita Morgan, a senior history lecturer at IUPUI.
