After the tumultuous 2016 election, Jennifer Nelson Williams and Rabbi Sandy Sasso formed Women4Change, a non-partisan organization to find ways to protect American freedoms and to become a voice for women in the state. The dynamic pair brings women together to empower them to become a strong and positive force to effect change in politics and the community.

Since 2004, Dr. Lisa Harris has transitioned Wishard Hospital from an organization with an outdated facility into the brand new Eskenazi Health System. Under her leadership, Eskenazi has become a health center that champions a healthy lifestyle for all and advocates for the health of the poor. The state-of-the-art healthcare facility and first-class physician training programs provide primary care and prevention services that help many more people stay healthy.

Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows broke the stained-glass ceiling,
becoming the first African American woman to head a diocese of the Episcopal Church worldwide. She grew up in a housing project on Staten Island in New York City and studied architecture at Smith College and historic preservation Cornell. Bishop Baskerville-Burrows’ vision for the future of the church includes counteracting the fragmentation of today’s culture and providing places where people can satisfy their need to belong.
